I drew him for Cyber Monday. I thought it was fitting XD

I was looking at screenshots from the game and realized his outfit changed from the concept art that I used as a reference, so I've changed his jacket to resemble his in-game one a little more. I kept the crooked tie though. Also, I changed his eyes and made his lips a little more blue.

I forgot the star on his collar so I added that.
