Here they are, Tahn and Tobiuo, the Sen Brothers.
Well, the Sen half-brothers, I suppose. Same father, different mothers. Yada yada.
Tahn is the blue one, he is a full regal blue tang type merman.
Tobiuo is the half human, half flying fish merman. (though his tail resembles that of a Blue Streaked Cleaner Wrasse, I have no clue why I made his tail this way)
Tahn is still relatively young, so he is considerably smaller than Tobiuo.

These two have changed since their original individual drawings.
Somehow Tobiuo's tail got shorter, and Tahn's tail got longer. .____.
I made Tobiuo's fins smaller here too. Since you could only see his left eye in his drawing, you probably couldn't figure Tobiuo had hair covering his right eye.

1 week on and off.

Sketch cleaned up and colored in MS Paint. Background added in MS Paint. Blurring, gradient (on Tobiuo's tail) and lighting done in Paint Shop Pro 7.
