This is my new merman character, Tobiuo Sen.
"Tobiuo" translates into "Flying Fish", I do believe.
Sen is just his last name.
mm... His fins look more like wings than they do fins.
I do like how his upper body turned out, even though it is a bit too long. meh.
I thought his hands turned out particularly well, myself.
Gradient on his tail.. I think his tail looks like that of a Blue Streaked Cleaner Wrasse, yes. =]
Tobiuo is a tease.
He's there to look pretty, but he won't let you have him.
