Sorry for huge file size!!!
Its the best I could get it to lok as a .jpg.
It lost some quality, but it looks decent.

This is one of my merman.. Xiang Yun.

I decided to draw him again. He is cool~~
I redesign him a bit.
You can compare~

About the stupid title.
Water-born because he is a merman.
Beauty because I think he look pretty~~

His fingers and forearms are suppose to be longer than usual.
He have small fin sticking out of his back.

I got lazy with the scales..
They irritated me.

I also got lazy and got a background off of google. xP
Forgot the site I got it from. ><

NO BLACK OUTLINE!!

except around his eye, he need eyelashes, you know. xP

The lighting exploded. I kept changing it to get the file size smaller.

I made his fins crooked by accident ><

I think it turned out well.

He's pretty, yes~~?

Time taken - roughly 12 hours o__o

Sketch cleaned up with new *non-black* lineart in MS Paint. Coloring also done and background googled and added in MS Paint. Blurring and lighting done in Paint Shop Pro 7.

Wow!!! It looks really awesome! I like how you did the no black outline thing. The fins on his arms look really nice.

He goes really well with the background. His fins kinda blend into it.
